These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Aarons Painting Company (“Aarons Painting Co.,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a painting contractor operating in British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking services, or opting into communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Aarons Painting Company provides residential and commercial painting services including, but not limited to:

Interior painting
Exterior painting
Surface preparation and repairs
Coatings and finishing services
Estimates and project consultations

All services are subject to written estimates and/or signed service agreements outlining scope, pricing, and timelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to request services or consent to electronic communications.

3. Estimates, Deposits & Payments

Written estimates are valid for the period specified on the estimate.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work.
Final payment terms are defined in your service agreement.
Late or non-payment may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. SMS & Text Messaging Terms
